For some competitions, the entries are sent direct to the entity running the competitions.  Please check the magazine for details on how to enter specific competitions.

Where entries are to be sent to TradeRoots, you can email entries for the competitions to competitions@traderoots.co.uk.  Just put the competition that you are entering in the subject / header of the email eg "Meal for Two", "Bottle of Wine", "Aga Easy Cookery Book" or "Front Cover".  Don't forget the required answer and detail to enter the competition in the body of the email!

Competition Rules governing ALL competitions run by TradeRoots.

Competitions are open to UK residents only. If you are under the age of 18 you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before you enter a competition in TradeRoots. You must provide TradeRoots, or the business running/sponsoring the competition with your name and full postal address. Specific competitions may require additional details, but this will be notified on the page that has the competition. Only one entry will be accepted per person. The Editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be drawn on the dates stated. Winners will be informed by post or as stated on the individual competition and the prizes sent to the full postal address, unless the competition states that the prize needs to be collected. If the prizes are unclaimed 30 days after the competition draw date, it will be deemed to have been forfeited and TradeRoots reserve the right to either offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition in TradeRoots.Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives. TradeRoots does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet or postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entrants must supply full details as required and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently. Any TradeRoots competition is not open to any person directly involved in TradeRoots or in the running of the competition, or their direct family members. TradeRoots reserves the right to cancel a competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control. By entering the competition, entrants agree to have their names published in TradeRoots if they are the winner.Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering a competition and will also be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by any extra rules that appear on the page where the competition is featured. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Competitions in TradeRoots are administered by TradeRoots, unless stated otherwise on the competition page.
